Responsible for providing day-to-day commercial contract management such as reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions, preparing agreements, ensuring contract compliance, and identifying contract risk.
* Normal business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional overtime needed.*
Qualifications:
- Five years related experience in commercial contract management; or equivalent combination of education. and experience.
- Legal experience or knowledge.
- Project management experience.
- Industry-specific experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Salary: $114,000 - $125,000 per year
